Butcher or Experienced Apprentice Wanted.

Protein Partners at Virginia are looking for staff for production room work.

• Early start and early finish, no weekend work.
• Casual or full-time hours (overtime available)
• Jobs include boning lamb, portion control and general butchering work.
• Wages and hours negotiable.

Protein Partners are a meat wholesale company servicing butchers, Independent Supermarkets and Food Service.

The applicant will need to be clean and tidy with a willingness to adhere to Quality assurance, strict workplace safety rules including wearing correct personal protective equipment. Keeping customers happy is the key to our business so the ability to follow instructions on cutting procedures and specifications are vital.

Similar experience in previous roles is not important for this role, however a willingness to learn and follow procedures are.
