We are looking for a qualified retail butcher to join our growing Team in beautiful Palmwoods on the Sunshine Coast.

We Need Someone Who Has:

• A certified trade qualification & experience with current and relevant skills (boning chicken/lamb/pork).
• A genuine passion for the industry.
• Experience with smoking small goods and making sausages an advantage
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment – and LOVE it!
• Availability to work Monday to Friday - we are passionate about family life balance and leave weekends for our employees to enjoy with family
• Attention to detail and great organisational skills.
• Expertly cutting, preparing and packaging a variety of fresh meat products to customer specifications
• Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked butchery environment
• Adhering to all relevant health, safety and hygiene standards
• Smallgoods experience is an advantage
• Processing our Award Winning Gold Ham and Bacon (boning, pumping, rolling, cooking, slicing)
• Processing our Award Winning smallgoods including kabana, beer sticks etc
