The Role:
Lamont’s Cottesloe is looking for a full-time Front of House team member who shares our passion for great wine, exceptional food, and outstanding service.

What We’re Looking For:
• RSA Certificate – Essential
• A strong work ethic and willingness to support your team
• Time management, prioritisation skills, and initiative
• A genuine love of wine, food, and sharing that passion with customers
• 2+ years experience in a quality dining setting is ideal.
• Flexibility with hours - able to work weekends and some holidays.

Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome, seat, and engage with guests to create a warm and knowledgeable dining experience
• Take orders efficiently and confidently recommend wine and menu pairings
• Serve premium wines and beautifully crafted dishes with care and precision
• Maintain a clean, organised FOH area, including tables, counters, and service stations
• Process customer payments accurately
• Assist with restocking fridges and wine displays as needed
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless food and wine service
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and ensure a top-tier dining experience
• Contribute to a team culture that values quality, knowledge, and great service
