What We Are Looking For:

Bar Supervisor who has a true passion for hospitality, with a drive to motivate and cultivate excellence in customer service, and values building Member & customer experiences

• Leadership: Mentor and grow your Dream Team
• Pride in Delivering Excellent In Customer Service: we pride ourselves on our friendly and welcoming Club, through building a rapport with our Members & Supporters
• Work / Life Balance: through the flexibility of hours with the Club operating across a 7 day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays. This role is predominantly for an evening Bar Supervisor.

Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience of at least 2 years
• Qld RSA / RMLV
• Strong leadership skills, a big smile, with a hands on, lead by example attitude
• Knowledge of Swiftpos POS and back office systems is preferred, but not essential
