Prestige and Performance have an exciting opportunity to join our company as a Service Advisor at our Capalaba workshop. In this role you will carry out a range of duties related to being the key contact between the customer and the workshop, for repair and maintenance of vehicles, including:

• Welcome and check in vehicles
• Discuss any work that needs to be done
• Making sure their vehicle is ready on time
• Arranging future service bookings
• Handling any customer complaints and ensuring prompt issue resolution;
• Preparing invoices and closing allocated repair orders in a timely manner;
• Parts lookup and ordering- training will be provided on all systems.
• Test drive and quality control vehicles

The successful applicant will take pride in offering the highest levels of customer service and will be responsible for assisting and supporting the Service Manager to drive and maximise productivity, efficiency and profitability.

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous experience in a similar role will be advantageous but not essential
• European car brand experience would be an advantage
• Excellent customer service skills
• Exemplary communication and attention to detail.
• High-level time management skills.
• A high level of professionalism.
