As a Service Advisor & Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service while also supporting our skilled technicians in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional service, from greeting customers to managing bookings and addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism.
Use MechanicDesk and Xero software to assist with bookkeeping, ordering parts, and maintaining customer records.
Assistance in monitoring technician productivity and ensuring service standards are consistently met.
Work with suppliers to ensure we have the correct parts for all jobs, with assistance provided as needed.
Handle the servicing and paperwork for alcohol interlock systems in compliance with regulations.
Help maintain and grow our positive presence within the community.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience as a service advisor or in a customer-facing role is preferred, but we are also open to training the right candidate with relevant experience in the automotive industry.
Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
A friendly, approachable demeanor and the ability to empathize with customer concerns.
Basic familiarity with accounting software (Xero or similar) is an advantage but not essential.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the role.
