The Role
- Leads every aspect of the guest experience journey from beginning to end, creating meaningful moments that go beyond expectations to leave a lasting impression for our couples and their guests.
- Assist guests arriving and departing the hotel through the check in and departure process
- Handle general enquiries whilst go above and beyond with each guest experience
- Handle complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts by negotiating with relevant parties
- Supervise staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs and financial objectives are met focusing on attention to detail
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests, exhibiting our legendary service and enabling future bookings
- Working with our couples and guest to understand their needs and how we can go above and beyond for them during their time on the property.
- Completing quality checks and property inspections to ensure all guest experience is inline with brand standards.
- Work with F&B supervisor and catering team to ensure a seamless delivery of wedding day services.
- Managing housekeeping department and work with housekeeping manager to ensure all guest accomodation is cleaned and kept at the highest standard.
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a similar guest-facing role within the hospitality or events industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with wedding couples, guests, and suppliers
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to manage the various elements of a wedding event
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the wedding industry is highly desirable
- Ability to commit to weekend work and some night work when required.
