About the role

We are looking for a relief Guest Services Manager/Office manager to oversee the ongoing operations of guest relations and office responsibilities 4 days a week covering the RDO's of our 2 full-time office positions.

What you'll be doing

• Resolve any guest issues or complaints in a timely and effective way
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all guest-facing areas
• Implement and oversee systems and procedures to streamline guest services operations
• Analyse guest feedback and data to identify areas for improvement

• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
• Proficient in using accomodation management and booking systems
• Keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
