THE AMAZING ROLE

We seek a passionate and dedicated Assistant Director to join our Showgrounds Children’s Centre team.

As an Assistant Director, you will support the Centre Director and centre team to ensure the service's philosophy and procedures are upheld and implemented to ensure the best outcomes for children.

You will work collaboratively with other team members to create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment that prioritises the safety and well-being of all children.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED

• Hold an approved Diploma of Children's Services Qualification.
• Understanding of the National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework.
• Experience in a leadership position.
• A high level of oral and written communication skills.

Ages 6 weeks to 6 years • Long day care – 164 places • Integrated 4-year-old kindergarten program

Our program aims to provide children with a wonderful and delightful education experience where they build friendships, enjoy learning and discovery, build on their strengths and capabilities reaching their potential as they continue on their educational journey.
