About the Role:

• Manage a variety of visitors, including clients signing contracts, selecting house features, and meeting with suppliers.
• Handle all aspects of reception, from booking and cleaning meeting rooms to dealing with a diverse range of clients.
• Assist in the smooth operation of the reception area, taking on tasks independently and ensuring reliability.
• Be the face of the business, ensuring every first impression is a lasting and impactful one.
• Support the wider administration team with any overflow tasks.

About you:

• You have experience working as a concierge, front of house member of staff or check in guest agents.
• You thrive in a team environment.
• You have strong communication skills and multitasking comes naturally to you.
• You're comfortable with Microsoft Office and love picking up new systems & software's.
• You have a strong attention to detail and deal with enquiries with utmost timeliness.
