The TA Coordinator supports end-to-end recruitment and talent strategies. Partner with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent, contribute to our branding, and drive diversity through hiring initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide talent acquisition advice.
• Employer Branding & Candidate Experience: Enhance our brand and ensure a positive candidate journey.
• Inclusion and Belonging in Hiring: Support I&B initiatives by driving inclusive hiring practices and participate in outreach programs.
• Onboarding & Retention Support: Collaborate with Managers to ensure a smooth transition for new hires and improve retention outcomes.

Desirable:

• Experience in a recruitment role, customer service or in a people facing environment
• Knowledge of HR systems and/ or applicant tracking systems (ATS)
