💰 Remuneration: $108,252.65 + superannuation
⏳ Hours: 38 hours per week with accruable Rostered Days Off (RDOs)

As a Talent Acquisition Volume Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting high-volume recruitment campaigns, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers. You’ll be responsible for coordinating interviews, managing employment contracts and internal letters, and ensuring all pre-onboarding activities are completed accurately and on time.
As a key point of contact for both candidates and hiring managers, you’ll provide timely updates and keep everyone in the loop. You’ll also make sure that all pre-employment checks and compliance requirements are completed on time. Using our internal systems, you’ll maintain accurate records and work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to help continuously improve our processes and efficiency.
About you
You bring valuable experience in recruitment coordination, particularly in supporting high-volume campaigns or similar fast-paced settings. With a keen attention to detail, you excel at managing multiple priorities to ensure everything runs smoothly. You’re passionate about delivering an excellent candidate experience and continuously improving recruitment processes.
Key skills and experience include:
- Proficiency in recruitment systems and a variety of candidate assessment tools.
- Hands-on experience coordinating assessment centres and high-volume recruitment activities.
- A strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- A Certificate IV in Business Administration/HR or equivalent experience.
