Electrical Construction Supervisor - FIFO - 8/6 Roster - Immediate Start - Project completion June 2025

Our client, a major Australian rare earths mining company is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to work on the construction of a processing plant with crushing, grinding & flotation circuits as well as all ancillary systems on one of the largest rare earth deposits in the world.

Role Responsibilities:

• Positive leadership approach, creating a safe culture through coaching and engagement.
• Insuring safe behaviors onsite including JSA sign offs, permit compliance and PPE compliance.
• Project risk management - planning and scheduling to ensure project is on track.
• Identify any contractor issues and assist in solving them.
• Experience in contractor monthly claims (day works review and sign) is desirable.
• Quality inspections of install and CVC review.
• The project is walking down sub systems and needs client electrical representation to inspect work that complies with drawings and punch listing of defective items that are not to scope.
  

What you'll have:

• Electrical License (A Grade)
• Supervisory experience on large scale mining construction projects
• Previous client side experience
