Are you a dynamic and driven sales professional with a passion for innovative technology solutions? Spectur Limited is looking for a highly motivated Sales & Business Development Manager to join our team in Western Australia. In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving revenue growth by selling and renting our cutting-edge solar-powered security camera solutions.
You will leverage your strong track record in the construction and infrastructure industries to build and maintain strategic client relationships. With a proactive, outbound approach, you will generate new business opportunities and provide exceptional account management to our valued customers.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development and sales, in the security, surveillance, or technology industry.
- Familiarity with security systems and related technologies.
- Strong knowledge of the WA market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Valid driver's and security license
- Willingness to travel within the WA region frequently
