Your new role
Your new role as a Customer Service Officer you will join a fantastic team located in Marion Shopping Centre. You will be an integral part of a busy team responsible for duties not limited to:
- Provide exceptional service and manage transactional sales efficiently.
- Assist members with account access issues, including account lockouts.
- Process insurance claims accurately and promptly.
- Verify members' coverage details and clarify the extent of their benefits.
- Handle the processing of medical bills with precision.
- Conduct thorough follow-ups to ensure all member inquiries and issues are resolved.
- Communicate coverage details to members, including both covered and non-covered services, with clarity and empathy.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will meet the following criteria:
- Demonstrated excellence in a customer service or sales role.
- Demonstrated experience in exceeding sales targets and a strong drive to expand new business opportunities.
- Proficient in utilising CRM systems, with a proven ability to quickly adapt to and master complex computer systems.
- An empathetic and personal personality
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities
