This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in winning high-value projects while working alongside industry leaders in a collaborative and supportive environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead the bid process – compile, proof, and submit high-quality tenders.
• Work closely with the Marketing & Communications team to enhance tender materials and design.
• Maintain and update the tender library, including capability statements, CVs, and project experience.
• Innovate and improve proposal materials to ensure compelling and competitive bids.
• Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders across the business.
• Manage tender notifications and distribute them efficiently to relevant teams.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bid coordination experience in the construction industry, ideally working on defence tenders.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and exposure to Adobe InDesign.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to craft compelling submissions.
• A proactive and innovative mindset to bring fresh ideas to the team.
