Well respected Tier 2 builder are looking for a Project Manager for a $65 mil project located in Sydneys South.
This builder is renowned as great to work for with a very strong management team. They promote from within and work with repeat clients.

They deliver large projects in the residential and commercial sector up to $500 mil.

About You
Successful candidates for this role will have a proven track record in the delivery of commercial/ residential projects over $45 mil.

• Tertiary qualifications in Construction/project Management, Engineering or trade background.
• Will have proven experience completing multiple projects start to completion
• 7+ years professional experience working in a project manager role on large-scale developments.
• Exposure to delivering projects in live environments will be highly regarded.
• High attention to detail, strong with project governance, reporting & programming.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Have a positive can do attitude and be a team player.
