The Role:
As the Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of subdivision projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will lead a team of engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors while liaising with clients, councils, and stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple subdivision projects from inception to completion.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring effective coordination of engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Liaise with clients, local councils, and regulatory bodies.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
• Monitor progress and financial performance, reporting to senior management.

Skills & Experience:

• Must have prior subdivision experience.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager.
• Senior Project Engineers looking to take the step also encouraged to apply.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project teams effectively.
• Experience dealing with local councils and regulatory approvals.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (preferred).
