We are a forward-thinking metal fabrication company specializing in custom-made products for the building industry. We’re seeking an experienced Factory Supervisor who is looking for a role that offers empowerment—where they can make impactful decisions, lead a compact and diverse team, and drive operations in a fast-paced, ever-evolving and compact production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily manufacturing operations of architectural aluminum products
• Manage our dynamic production schedule and workflow allocation with the help of our ERP software
• Review and verify manufacturing technical drawings in preparation for Bill of Materials (BOM) and fabrication.
• Develop and train team members in technical skills, best practices, and creative problem-solving approaches
• Take full ownership of factory output and quality assurance, while encouraging creative solutions to production challenges
• Maintain high performance under deadline pressure while ensuring quality standards and exploring new ways to improve processes
• Conduct routine risk management and OHS compliance checks, ensuring that creative solutions don’t compromise safety or quality
• Participate in hands-on production work as needed
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in production processes and product design, promoting creative ideas and innovation at every stage
Required Qualifications:
• 2+ years of manufacturing supervision experience
• Trade qualification or extensive experience in metal fabrication, particularly with MIG welding and aluminum metalworking
• Proven leadership ability with excellent team development skills
• Strong technical drawing interpretation capabilities
• Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite) and ability to learn new software systems
• Outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrated ability to maintain quality standards while meeting deadlines
• Strong organizational and project management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with digital document management and reporting
• Current forklift license
• Background in custom fabrication or architectural metals
• Experience implementing lean manufacturing principles

What We Offer:
• Enjoy a robust and attractive salary package that reflects your experience and skills: From $90,000 per year plus superannuation
• Regular working hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Fridays 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM, 38 hours per week.
