This role will require 2-3 days of work at our Chullora office/showroom with the balance spent creating content at our Alexandria and other showrooms to come.

This is a 38 hour per week full time role. The rate is $30-35 per hour depending on experience.

This role is perfect for a recent marketing graduate eager to gain practical experience in a dynamic environment.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• The planning and execution of our marketing campaigns and catalogues under the guidance of our managing director.
• Guiding our in-house graphics designer on the creation of content and graphics to promote our catalogues and campaigns.
• Working with our business development manager to execute our overall marketing strategy
• Coordinate and promote in store events with our team as well as suppliers.
• Create video content for reels, tiktok, shorts etc..
• Scheduling social media and EDM’s in collaboration with our key suppliers
• Updating and maintaining web banners and website promotional banners during sales periods.
• Ad hoc duties as needed by the general manager

Our ideal candidate would have:

• 1-2 years+ of experience in a marketing role
• Experience is baby industry a bonus
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing related field
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with google and meta ads
• Basic video editing skills
• Experience in event organisation
• Attention to detail
• Eagerness and willingness to learn
• Problem solving ability
• Experience with design tools like Canva
• Experience with EDM software such as Mailchimp
• Experience with all social media platforms
