About the Role:
Dial Up Plumbing is seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Kingsgrove, NSW. This full-time (or part-time) role is pivotal in growing our brand presence, nurturing relationships with clients, and driving new business through targeted marketing campaigns. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a passion for content creation, lead generation, and strategizing impactful marketing processes.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to attract new leads and engage our current database.
- Create and manage social media content across multiple platforms.
- Nurture existing client relationships, crafting personalized communications and campaigns to keep our database engaged.
- Collaborate with marketing agencies, overseeing campaigns and content creation.
- Implementing AI & Automations to create efficient marketing processes & communications.
- Manage and analyze marketing performance, tracking KPIs and refining strategies.
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns to increase customer retention and engagement.
- Oversee marketing budgets and spend, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Use software tools to automate processes and improve office efficiency.
- Assist with general office duties, including calls and dispatch when required.
What We’re Looking For:
- A motivated, highly organized, and reliable individual with a can-do attitude!
- Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on content creation, lead generation, and social media management.
- Experience with Go High Level or similar CRM/marketing platforms.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in design tools for content creation (Canva, Adobe, etc.).
- Experience with Google Analytics, GMB/SEO, AdWords.
- A creative thinker with a keen eye for design and branding.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable assisting with general office administration tasks as needed.
- Familiarity with AI tools and automation to streamline processes.
