All Lift Forklifts and Access equipment is a leading specialist Material Handling supplier based in Hallam, Victoria

We specialise in all aspects of Forklift Rental both long and short term, Equipment Sales, Forklift and Telehandler Service and Repairs.

We’re a victim of our ongoing success, so we are searching for a highly motivated and passionate team player to join our team.

About the Role

This pivotal position will be responsible for managing our parts store and providing support to our internal Service and Rental Teams. Some interaction with trade and external customers.

The role will be responsible for maintaining inventory levels and procuring spare parts and consumables from existing and yet to be explored supply chains. An understanding of transport and courier logistics will be well regarded.

You will have great IT skills and a thorough grasp of inventory management, including stock control from several locations.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Supporting internal parts enquires and requests.
  • Interpret parts requests and procurement of Spare Parts.
  • Deliver a positive attitude and great service to your internal customers.
  • Hands on role with a small team to have a big impact.
  • Process inwards goods and collate parts requests and invoices.
  • Coordinate deliveries and orders for Field Service Technicians.
  • House keeping and rolling stocktakes of our stores area.
  • Liaise with workshop staff to manage a vast and diverse range of consumables.

To be successful you will need to;

Have a positive ‘Can do’ attitude and be a solution finder.

  • Ability to work autonomously, to manage own time and prioritise demands in a dynamic environment.
  • Customer focused with Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Administration skills including intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • High level organisational skills.
  • The ability to work well and independently under pressure.
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • The ability to follow processes and procedures.
  • A good understanding of spare parts inventory management preferred
  • Technical / mechanical knowledge is welcomed but not required.
  • Australian Drivers Licence required.
