About the role

We are seeking a Sales consultant with knowledge & experience in the 4wd industry to join our Dandenong South team.

Your duties as a Sales Consultant will include but not be limited to:

• handling retail trade sales and customer quotes over the counter
• delivering exceptional customer service via phone and in-person
• effectively and accurately fulfilling customer orders and quotations
• meeting OH&S requirements

About you

• Experience in the automotive industry of aftermarket parts and accessories
• Experience in a similar customer-facing role
• Current Driver’s License and own reliable transport
• Accurate numeracy and good communication skills
• Proficient at Microsoft Office and Excel
• High attention to detail
• A strong commitment to OH&S policies and procedures
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
