We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Novated Leasing Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving new business opportunities through proactive outreach and lead generation. As a Novated Leasing Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for managing new lead pipelines, making outbound calls to generate business, and providing clients with expert advice on novated leasing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, outbound sales efforts, and relationship building with potential clients.
- Pipeline Management: Manage a growing pipeline of new leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and progress tracking through the sales process.
- Consultative Selling: Provide clients with expert guidance on novated leasing options, explaining the benefits and helping them find the best solutions based on their unique needs.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by offering exceptional service and support throughout the leasing process.
- Sales Target Achievement: Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets, meeting or exceeding KPIs for new business acquisition and customer satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with novated leasing products, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, to ensure smooth and efficient processing of new leases.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales-driven role, ideally within Novated Leasing but not essential.
- Comfortable working with a new lead pipeline and making high volumes of outbound calls.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients over the phone.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for closing deals and meeting sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of novated leasing is prefered but not essential
- Benefits:
