About the role

OffRoad Systems Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our team in Smeaton Grange, NSW. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our production department, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate the work of production team to meet production targets and deadlines
• Experience managing teams in a hands-on manufacturing environment
• Mechanical aptitude (trade experience would be viewed favourably but is not required)
• Monitor production processes and identify opportunities for improvement
• Investigate and resolve any production issues or quality concerns
• Provide training and development to production staff to build their skills and capabilities
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production activities
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

• Experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and operations management
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve targets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Forklift license is desirable, but not required
• Relevant qualifications in cabinet making or a related field would be highly regarded
• A love of 4wding would be an advantage
