About the role

Trim World is seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Machinery Assistant to join our dynamic team in Caringbah, NSW. This full-time position requires the successful candidate to operate machinery, follow instructions, and it's crucial to the role to be able to follow procedures. A can do attitude with a willingness to learn. We are willing to train the right person.

What you'll be doing

• Produce parts efficiently while ensuring safe operational procedures of all machinery
• Maintain records - you will be taught to use our computerised system for quoting and orders.
• Phone skills to liaise with customers therefore good communication skills are required.
• Adhere to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and protocols

What we're looking for

• Demonstrated ability to work systematically, follow instructions and attention to detail is crucial.
• Ability to problem solve.
• Someone who is proactive and enjoys an organised work environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with other staff and customers
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
• Must be self driven and be able to work autonomously
