We’re Hiring: Part-Time Social Media Manager

Are you a creative, results-driven social media expert who knows how to craft engaging content and drive real growth? Blondie Digital Marketing is looking for a Part-Time Social Media Manager to join our team.

This role is more than just content creation—you’ll need to strategise, align content with KPI goals, and stay ahead of algorithm changes to deliver real impact for our clients. We’re a small but ambitious agency with big ideas and even bigger plans. No two days look the same at Blondie Digital Marketing, so you’ll need to be adaptable, proactive, and ready to take on whatever comes your way.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in social media strategy and content creation (essential)
• Ability to craft content that not only looks great but converts
• Strong skills in video editing, storytelling, and trend forecasting
• Ability to adapt content to different brand voices and audiences
• A proactive, organised mindset—someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Instagram, TikTok, Canva, and scheduling tools
• Experience with Meta Ads (preferred but not essential)
• Team management experience (preferred but not essential)
