Our client is one of the most progressive and well renowned financial services' organisations within Australia. Well funded with a clear IT strategy from the outset, they have been able to expand rapidly and establish themselves as a market leader. They are continuing to expand throughout 2025 and are looking for an ambitious, experienced Business Analyst to help drive one of their key projects.

About The Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst role who will join initially on a 3 month contract to support a key system implementation with a strong pipeline of projects to come. You will provide the analysis and process mapping to create a seamless implementation. Working alongside multiple Business Analysts assigned to different projects, you will be delivering within an established agile framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis of business requirements, translating them into functional specifications
• Collaborate with stakeholders and the development team to align priorities, manage the product backlog, and oversee implementation
• Act as a liaison to ensure clear communication between business and delivery teams
• Provide strategic insights for system enhancements
• Ensure data integrity, support business reporting, and create comprehensive documentation
• Effectively manage key internal stakeholders

About You

• You will be an experienced Business Analyst with over 3 years + hands on experience ideally within a data, privacy or regulatory projects
• Great opportunity for Business Analysts on a working holiday visa
• Well versed in Agile delivery
• You will ideally be immediately available
• Hands on usage and understanding of finance systems
• Self motivated, proactive and comfortable communicating with senior stakeholders
• Experienced in managing multiple key vendors simultaneously
