THE ROLE

As a Sand Blaster / Industrial Spray Painter, you will show up each day with a sense of enthusiasm and commitment to helping ensure all work is completed safely and to the highest quality.

• Abrasive blasting operations and Industrial spray painting
• Meet specified Blast profiles & apply 2 pac paint to specified thicknesses
• Ensure appropriate material preparation, shot and/or grit blasting
• Maintain and service equipment.
• Achieve high qualify surface preparation prior to painting
• Ensure appropriate alignment and compliance with production timelines
• Provide timely advice for reordering materials
• Assist with loading and unloading product and materials

ABOUT YOU

• Appropriate recognised Trade Qualification (essential)
• High Risk - Forklift Licence (essential), Dogging and Rigging (preferred)
• EWP over 11 metres (essential)
• Current Working at Heights (essential)
• Certified to work in confined spaces (preferred)
• Drivers licence with HR or HC highly regarded
• Current Certification in Chain of Responsibility
• Strong team player, proactive and reliable, with a high regard for safety standards

Casual ($47.93-$50.31 p/hr day shift) initially with permanency on offer for the right candidate.
