The Role…

We are seeking experienced construction workers with a combination of the following skills:
- Industrial steel coating experience. Using 2 part paints.
- Control joint installation, e.g. Latham Joints.
- Concreting, concrete repair and concrete finishing.
- Carpentry, form-working, measurement & wood cutting.
- Concrete injection experience, resins and or expanding polyurethanes.
- Significant domestic painting experience, roller and brush use.

Candidate Requirements…

• Experienced in some of the areas above.
• Holds a suitable industry White Card.
• Prepared to work overtime & Saturdays if required.
• Prepared to take on stints of regional or interstate works (LAHA is paid).
• A current drivers licence and vehicle.
• Prepared to undertake a pre-employment medical test & pass a D&A test.
• Ability to have a Police Clearance and or Working with Children's Check generated without work affecting prior or current charges.

Highly Desirable Candidate Competencies…

• Scissor lift (SL).
• Under 11m Boom (BL).
• Over 11m Boom (WP).
• Working Safely at Heights.
• Confined Space Competencies.
