About the role

Truman Building Solutions is seeking a skilled and reliable Labourer/Construction Worker to join our team based in Sydney, NSW. This part-time role will see you working on a variety of residential projects in the Eastern Suburbs, with the opportunity to develop your skills and experience in the Construction industry.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting skilled tradespeople with a range of construction tasks, including loading/unloading materials, site preparation, demolition work, and general labour duties
• Maintaining a safe and organised work environment by following all health and safety protocols
• Demonstrating a strong work ethic and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Reporting to the Site Supervisor and taking direction as required

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Labourer or in a similar construction role
• Strong physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour tasks
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A current construction industry white card or the ability to obtain one
