Dash Group is currently seeking Skilled Labourers for commercial and civil construction projects in Brisbane and surrounding areas. If you are physically fit, safety-conscious, and ready to work in the Queensland heat, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with general labouring tasks on construction sites for both commercial and civil projects
• Operate heavy machinery as required (skid steer, roller, front-end loader, excavator)
• Work efficiently and safely in confined spaces and at heights
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite
• Use a range of hand and power tools safely and effectively to complete tasks.
• Follow all safety procedures and report any hazards immediately
• Work effectively within a team to meet project deadlines

Qualifications & Tickets:

• White Card (Construction Induction) Must Have!
• Working at Heights Certificate
• Working in Confined Spaces Certificate
• Skid Steer Ticket
• Roller Ticket
• Front-End Loader Ticket
• Excavator Ticket
• Traffic Control Ticket
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Must have valid drivers license & reliable transport

Skills & Attributes:

• Must be physically fit and capable of working in Queensland’s heat
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and site regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be proficient in the use of a range of hand and power tools.
• Previous experience in the construction or civil industries is highly regarded
• Positive attitude, reliability, and punctuality
