We are a not-your-average Managed Service Provider, based in Melbourne, and service Australia-wide with a team of kick-arse techs. We have the tenacity to believe that the solutions we provide our customers can actually change the world. You heard me. Our Help Desk is the heart of our home, delivering consistent and compassionate support to our clients. We want, no wait, need someone who has effective communication skills coupled with a love for learning that can join our team of actual heroes. You love solving problems (and we love you for it), so you see the point in wrestling recurring issues to the ground and silencing them once and for all. You are also passionate about people, process and delivering a service that makes a meaningful difference to the lives of our clients.
Beyond Help Desk support you want to grow your skill set and career. And here is the good news, we want to help you grow it. Maybe it's a passion for security? Or perhaps automation? Whatever you want to take the next step into, we want to provide the time, training, and opportunity for you to do just that. You see, we are growing fast and we are looking for fast-paced people made of the right stuff to grow fast with us.

I guess by now you are wondering about some of the practical things. So here are a few little extras:
- We are based in Ringwood in the brand new Waterman Business Centre. It is pretty schmick in here, and our team love it.
- We are a hybrid working environment meaning we like a mix of home/office workplace rules. Afterall, if you had to wear pants every Friday that would be so 2018.
- We are privately owned with Directors (two of them) who work in the business. We are clear on who we are, what we are doing and we are looking for people who want to build, together.
On the qualification side:
- Laying it out there, we are looking for someone with MSP experience and a strong IT background. It really is that simple!
- We'd love a demonstrated history of being able to work well under pressure all whilst prioritising and communicating clearly.
- A desire to grow is essential to this role, as we want to invest in you.
- A Bachelor's degree in IT or an equivalent combination of skills/experience is highly valued. MSPs can be an acquired taste, it is important you know what you are in for!
- We'd consider it a bonus if you had HaloPSA, Rewst, N-able, NinjaRMM experience or Datto Commence experience but it's no deal-breaker.
- You'll need to pass a VEVO Right To Work Check, Police Check, Working With Children's Check & NDIS Check to work with us. So if that is a concern, this probably isn't the role for you.
