What You’ll Be Doing:

• Receiving and checking incoming goods to match purchase orders
• Preparing invoices, delivery slips, labels, and shipping documentation
• Coordinating domestic & international shipments, including courier bookings and dispute resolution
• Keeping customers and sales teams informed on delivery status
• Managing returned goods for repair, recalibration, demos, or loans
• Organizing stock areas and assisting with periodic stock takes
• Improving processes for greater efficiency in order processing!

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in logistics or order processing – knowledge of inco-terms
• Strong communication skills – Confident in liaising with suppliers, couriers, and customers
• Attention to detail & problem-solving mindset – Able to handle shipment delays or incorrect orders
• Organizational skills – Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• Experience with Quotewerks (QW) is a bonus!
