As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and bilingual Operations Coordinator to oversee and manage our inbound day tours.

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator who is fluent in both English and Japanese to manage inbound day tours. This role involves coordinating tour logistics, liaising with clients and drivers, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in tourism, logistics, or transport operations and a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and oversee the daily operations of inbound day tours.

Communicate effectively with clients, travel agents, and internal teams to ensure seamless tour execution.

Act as the primary point of contact for Japanese-speaking clients and tour groups.

Allocate coaches and drivers based on tour schedules and customer requirements.

Ensure all compliance and safety regulations are met in accordance with company policies.

Address and resolve any operational issues promptly to maintain high service standards.

Monitor tour performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Maintain accurate records of bookings, schedules, and operational reports.

Assist with administrative tasks related to inbound tours and client management.

Requirements & Qualifications

Fluent in English and Japanese (written and spoken).

Experience in tourism, transport, or operations coordination is preferred.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and booking software.

A proactive and customer-focused approach.

Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or holidays.
