The Role:

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner/Generalist to play a key role in aligning HR strategies with our business objectives. Partnering closely with the CEO and senior leadership team, you’ll provide guidance on HR management, drive employee engagement, and ensure effective talent management.

Your Responsibilities:

• Partner with leaders to align HR strategies with business goals
• Manage employee relations, performance, and conflict resolution
• Lead recruitment, training, and development programs
• Analyse HR metrics for continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and support restructuring efforts
• Foster a positive work culture and promote employee engagement

What We’re Looking For:

• An experienced HR generalist
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant HR related qualification/s
