Current and existing projects have been across; Sports & Rec, Education, Retail Data Centres, Build to Rent Residential, Commercial, , Student Accommodation, Healthcare, and Civic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee equipment procurement, ensuring timely orders and delivery.
• Monitor project schedules, identifying potential delays and risks.
• Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to track and manage orders.
• Ensure equipment is delivered and installed per project timelines.
• Attend progress meetings, providing status updates and identifying solutions to challenges.
• Conduct site visits and inspections as required, with occasional travel.

About You:

• Experience in procurement, project management, or construction within data centres or critical infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of long-lead equipment orders (e.g., switchboards, generators, HVAC, HV systems).
• Ability to track and manage procurement schedules, ensuring timely delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for site visits.
