About the Role
This is not a sales role—it’s about relationship management, client satisfaction, and premium service delivery. You’ll be the key touchpoint for existing clients and referrers, ensuring seamless communication, efficient processes, and a superior client experience.
Your ability to anticipate client needs, follow up diligently, and ensure no detail is missed will be essential in this role. Success is measured by client engagement, referral generation, and the ability to proactively manage interactions with efficiency and care.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management – Build strong, ongoing relationships with clients and referrers through proactive communication
- Client Touchpoints – Ensure every client is contacted at least once a month and referrers at least once a week to maintain engagement
- Follow-Ups & Coordination – Provide timely support after client meetings by sending relevant information via email and text
- Appointment & Calendar Management – Coordinate meetings and schedule client sessions with efficiency
- Referral & Networking Management – Build and maintain strong connections with key referrers to encourage new business opportunities
- Document Preparation – Use templates to prepare financial documents and ensure all paperwork is error-free and ready for submission
- CRM & Workflow Management – Maintain and update client information in the system, ensuring accurate records and smooth operations
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in client services, executive assistance, or relationship management
- High emotional intelligence – ability to connect, communicate, and manage relationships with high-net-worth clients
- Exceptional attention to detail – ensuring documents, appointments, and client follow-ups are executed flawlessly
- Professionalism & presentation – you’ll be dealing with sophisticated investors and business professionals
- Strong organisational and time management skills – ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively
- Experience in CRM tools (HubSpot or similar) preferred but not essential
