About The Position

Currently an opportunity has presented for a Presite Customer Service Administrator to join their team! Responsibilities will include:

• Nurture between 30-40 client files concurrently
• Monitor permits and building applications to certifier
• Raising and counter signing contracts
• Schedule selections appointments
• Updating clients through the presite building phase

Skills and Experience

Our ideal candidate would demonstrate the following:

• Minimum 2 years project home builder customer service experience in either owner occupier or investment housing
• Experience in a high volume customer service role within the building industry
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional organisation and time management skills
• Ability to work with Customers, trades and Supervisors
• Able to work under pressure
