PBX & Hosted Voice Technician
A new position has opened for a PBX & Hosted Voice Technical specialist. We are seeking a Sydney, Central Coast or Newcastle based dynamic, positive, and up and coming technical legend to join our team.

THE ROLE
As a Technical Voice Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting our Small to Large Clients.
You will be actively involved in presales, provisioning & Technical Support by phone and email.
You will provide ongoing support, make requested changes to the system, and diagnose and resolve any issues that arise.
This role also favours a diverse technical skillset as well as the ability to perform a client engagement, initiate opportunities for improvement, and analytical problem-solving. Previous experience working in both the On-Site PBX and Hosted Voice Space is essential.
Preferably you will have experience with –
- PBXware and Asterisk Based PBX systems.
- SIP Trunk BroadSoft provisioning on and management.
- Number porting process and validation.
- PBX configuration from scope to management
- Telco Carrier Liaison
We do not expect you to have all the above experience, but you will be required to adapt quickly.
