R.C. Communications Pty Ltd is a small diverse Company with an exciting opportunity to join our team!

We are looking for a experienced fibre splicer based in Sydney, to complete our projects which is a majority of the Sydney region.

the successful candidate will need to be proficient in;

- OTDR testing/IL/ORL testing to meet a variety of carrier’s specifications.

- be able to Prep/Ring bark/terminate/Splice cables into various Joint enclosures, ( experience with fist enclosures highly desirable GC02 BE6/16 BF 8 ect. )

- Ribbon Splicing / high count stranded splicing highly desirable

- Prep high count FTPs, Customer FTPs etc.

- Prep Larger count fibre Stranded cables 360f 720f 864f and on-wards experience with carriers is desirable

- Cut overs, splicing in live enclosures, migrations etc.

- internal cabling in Data centres and external hauling advantageous

- Build work books/handovers for various clients

The Successful candidate will need to have;

- Australian Manual Drivers Licence

- ACMA open Registration

- White card OH&S

- Other various Certification desired (RISI, first aid, traffic control)

-occasionally travelling interstate for work.

Wages / packages to be determined on experience - standard penalty rates apply.

4 weeks annual leave ± super ± hourly rate.
