As a Commercial Property Manager, you will oversee and manage all aspects of our commercial properties, ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and tenant satisfaction. In this full-time role, you will be based in our Melbourne office and be working directly with property owners, tenants, and service providers, providing top-tier property management expertise that makes a difference.

What you'll be doing

• Manage a portfolio of commercial properties, including retail and industrial sites.
• Maintain strong relationships with property owners and tenants to ensure high satisfaction
• Oversee all aspects of property management, such as rent collection, payments, arrears management, tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and compliance with regulations
• Preparation of property budgets and outgoing reconciliations.
• Liaise with clients, tenants, and service providers to address any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Prepare monthly reports and ensure accurate record-keeping in our tenant and client databases
• Ensure all properties are maintained to a high standard through efficient building maintenance and repair processes

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in commercial property management, preferably in retail and industrial sectors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, tenants, and service providers
• Strong financial, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
• Thorough understanding of relevant property management legislation, regulations, and best practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals
