About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to manage a diverse commercial portfolio of approximately 140 - 150 tenancies with admin support in Metro Melbourne suburbs.

The portfolio comprises of commercial office and retail assets with some properties under outgoing budgets.

As a key leader in the business, you will ensure high-quality service delivery to clients and tenants while contributing to the portfolio's strategic growth.

About you: The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial property management.
• Proven expertise in managing diverse portfolios, including retail and commercial properties with exposure to outgoing budgets.
• Familiarity with Cirrus 8 or similar property management software.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to liaise effectively with clients and tenants, including high-net-worth individuals.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple properties and priorities effectively.
