We are currently seeking a Mortgage Broker to join our growing team, this opportunity is perfect for any existing Bank Lenders & Mortgage Specialists who has been exposed to Construction Finance, and is wanting to set up their career and increase their earning potential. Within this role, you will be offered the opportunity to be partnered with Clarendon and Domaine Homes, who are Australia's most trusted and recognised home building companies.
As a Mortgage Broker joining us, you will :
- Conduct detailed consultations with clients to grasp their financial objectives and recommend appropriate mortgage products.
- Educate clients about the nuances of various mortgage options and assist them throughout the decision-making process.
- Assist clients in completing mortgage applications and gathering necessary documentation.
- Work closely with the internal team to ensure a smooth and efficient application process.
- Stay informed about market trends, interest rates, and regulatory changes to provide clients with timely and relevant information.
- Generate leads through various channels, such as networking events, social media, and referrals from our affiliated building companies.
- Develop and nurture relationships with real estate professionals and other industry partners.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven finance experience with a successful track record in a lending or sales role.
- Excellent client relationship management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for exceeding targets.
- Understanding of mortgage products, lending regulations, and market dynamics.
- Cert IV Finance and Mortgage Broking.
