About the role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Mandarin-speaking Lending Manager to join the growing team at AM Group Holding Australia PTY LTD in Sydney, NSW. As a Lending Manager, you will play a crucial role in the company's mortgage business, responsible for overseeing the loan application process, client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the end-to-end loan application process, from initial client assessment to final approval
• Provide expert guidance and support to customers throughout their loan journey
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded
• Collaborate with the broader team to identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience
• Contribute to the growth and success of the mortgage business by identifying new opportunities and referral sources
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 years' experience in a lending or mortgage management role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken, is highly desirable
• Demonstrated understanding of the mortgage industry, including relevant regulations and compliance requirements
• Proven track record of achieving sales and lending targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
