About the role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Qualified Carpenter to join our team at Rusky Carpentry Co in North Sydney, NSW. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality carpentry services to our diverse range of clients.

What you'll be doing

• Interpreting and following architectural plans
• Measuring, cutting, shaping, and assembling wood components with precision and attention to detail
• Performing installation and finishing work on completed projects
• Maintaining a safe and organised work environment, following all health and safety protocols
• Providing excellent customer service and addressing any client queries or concerns

What we're looking for

• Minimum 4 years experience as a carpenter, preferably in a residential construction setting
• Exceptional Carpentry skills and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality workmanship
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to troubleshoot and find solutions
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Current driver's licence and access to reliable transportation
• Full set of tools
• Cert III in Carpentry
