One of the largest commercial plumbing contractors in Queensland are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to take charge of a portfolio of work with tier 1 builders in the commercial construction world.
The business are a leading name in the market and boast an enviable list of repeat clients meaning the company are extremely stable & able to offer excellent working conditions to their staff at all levels.

The successful applicant will:

• Be able to demonstrate a min of 5 years project / site management experience delivering plumbing packages valued at $5mil +
• Be trade or Tertiary Qualified
• Have the ability to financially manage a project and contribute to a work winning process (Estimating background ideal)
• Be motivated and able to lead a team of people
• Possess excellent communication skills and an ability to communicate successfully with stakeholders and team members at all levels
• Be able to demonstrate experience in working and successfully delivering EBA Projects
