Your new role

As a Townhouse Project Manager, you will oversee the construction of a 50-townhouse development on Brisbane's northside. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project from inception to completion, ensuring it is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Key responsibilities include coordinating with subcontractors, managing project timelines, and utilising Procore, Jonas, and Databuild software to streamline project management processes.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in residential construction, particularly with townhouse developments.
• Proficiency in Procore, Jonas, and Databuild software.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
