Role Overview: Australian Tertiary Institute is on the lookout for an experienced Manager of Compliance and RTO Operations. This senior leadership position is pivotal in ensuring that we meet all regulatory, compliance, and quality assurance standards and spearhead continuous improvement within our training operations. The role includes overseeing our compliance framework, maintaining ASQA and VET Quality Framework standards, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, industry-relevant training.

Develop and enforce compliance and risk management frameworks to ensure adherence to ASQA, VET Quality Framework, and legislative requirements.

Continually enhance policies, procedures, and systems to support regulatory compliance.

Lead internal and manage external audits, ensuring compliance with all regulatory reporting requirements, including AVETMISS and Quality Indicators.

Align all training packages and qualifications with industry needs and best practices.

Work closely with academic teams to ensure training, assessment, and delivery methods meet compliance standards.

Manage RTO operational processes, including scope modifications.

Offer expert compliance, governance, and risk management advice and support to staff.

Conduct regular staff training and arrange professional development to solidify understanding and implementation of compliance requirements.
