Mornington Golf Club is seeking a highly motivated Full-Time Hospitality Supervisor to help oversee the day-to-day operations of our Bar, Restaurant, and Function Rooms. About the Role

As a Hospitality Supervisor, you will play a hands-on role in coordinating the daily operations of our hospitality areas, working closely with other supervisors and managers to ensure seamless service. You will supervise a team of hospitality staff, maintain high service standards, and create memorable experiences in a high-quality, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support hospitality staff, including hiring, training, and rostering.
• Ensure all service standards are met and consistently exceeded.
• Manage inventory and ordering of food and beverage items.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Provide exceptional customer service with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Work flexible hours, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Oversee and maintain cellar operations and draught beer systems.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
✔ 2+ years of supervisory experience in the hospitality industry.
✔ Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
✔ Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
✔ Strong organisational and time management skills.
✔ The ability to work under pressure in a high-quality, high-volume environment.
✔ Knowledge of food provenance, wine, and beer service.
✔ A current Victorian RSA qualification.
